How to contact support

If you have a question, are unable to configure the system, or want to report an issue, you can send a request to the GARM support team.

How to open the request form

1. Go to Account settings

2. Open the Feedback tab

3. Tap New request

In the request form

1. Enter the subject of your request

2. Describe your question, issue, or suggestion

3. Add a contact phone number for Telegram or WhatsApp

4. Tap Send request
